Over the years, Ms. Jones has developed an expertise in retail and the English language. On a daily basis, she handles the online retail business of Beechknoll Enterprises, Inc. In addition, she markets alpaca products, which include adult and infant apparel, blankets and throws, and stuffed animals. Ms. Jones also operates the company, Teacher's Pet, with her husband. Before entering the field of retail, she taught high-school English for 30 years.

Ms. Jones earned a master's degree in English from Wright State University. Prior to that, she graduated from the University of Dayton with a bachelor's degree in communications and English education. In the near future, she hopes to witness the continued growth of her business.
